FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION: Revitalizing the Syllabus and Learning Materials of UPA Bahasa ULM Towards Global Standards

On January 10, 2026, Language Center of ULM successfully held a Focus Group Discussion with the theme Revitalization of ULM Language Syllabus and Learning Materials Towards Global Standards. Quoted from the ULM website, the Head of Language Center of ULM, Dr. Hj. Noor Eka Chandra, M.Pd., "The world has changed very quickly, geographical boundaries are increasingly blurred, and language is the main key to breaking through these boundaries. Language Center of ULM continues to strive to be a strong bridge so that ULM graduates are able to compete on the international stage," she said. This activity is one of the attempts to improve human resources on the Lambung Mangkurat University campus, especially in the field of language. It is hoped that from the implementation of this FGD, new ideas will be born, constructive input, accompanied by the formulation of material that is both theoretically strong and flexible in practical application.
